Master Degree Course Art Analog Coaching (M.A.)

The Master's program "Art Analog Coaching" is a state-recognized Master's program and is certified according to the standards of the German Society for Coaching. (DGfC). Graduates receive a certificate of the DGfC in addition to the nationally recognized university degree.

The course is offered part-time in block seminars.

Students can look forward to an innovative degree at the highest level, aligned with vocational practice. They will be working with other creative and reflective personalities who think outside the box, act differently and sustainably shape our future, as thinkers and doers. The Master's program supplements the classical coaching repertoire with a systemic and artistic approach.

This concept integrates the various artistic media into the curriculum so that students learn to act and think artistically. In addition, they acquire an art-oriented intervention repertoire for accompanying change processes. Our aim is to individualize our content and support services so that students can best contribute their different qualifications, develop their various talents and personalities.

In addition to cognitive-theoretical knowledge (facts) and applicable knowledge (tools), this course deals with orientation knowledge (aesthetic competence): graduates understand complex situations and learn to apply this knowledge creatively in business and commercial contexts. They acquire skills that are regarded as key qualifications in almost all management and leadership situations, as well as in social and organizational transformation processes: non-linear, creative thinking, improvisational ability and the capability to use empathy, intuition and rational knowledge fruitfully for change processes.
